Bird brains

For my master's project, I studied the anatomy of the tectofugal visual pathway in bird brains. I volumetrically quantified the visual signal-processing regions in the brain and compared them across different birds.

Butterfly population

During my bachelors, I used to monitor the butterfly population at NCBS. Every week I went around the campus and counted the number of butterflies that I encountered and also recorded their species.
